All of these designs were branded similarly in a manner consistent with the rest of the work in the Marketing team.

Often i was given a set of photos and told how they needed to be arranged.

Sometimes, the photos I was given were pixelated but I was told to use anyway.

During my time as a video producer at WSP, there were periods when the demand for video production was relatively low. However, this shifted dramatically during and after the pandemic, as the engineering community increasingly relied on video professionals. Before that surge in demand, I leveraged my skill set in other ways, particularly by supporting the marketing team with the design and development of presentations and proposals (RFPs). These were often crafted under the direction of the project team, which sometimes left limited room for creative input. On occasion, I was tasked with taking project-specific photographs to enhance a proposal, and some of those images were ultimately featured on proposal covers.

In these efforts, I played a key role in helping WSP make a strong impression. When a proposal was submitted to a contractor, often a government agency, my cover designs served as the first introduction to the comprehensive content within. While the success of any given proposal depended on numerous factors—such as the cost estimates, the expertise of the lead engineers, and the overall project strategy—I took pride in ensuring that the visual presentation was compelling and professional.

Though I cannot take full credit for the outcomes of these proposals, I valued the opportunity to contribute to WSP's success. Designing covers that set the stage for critical engineering initiatives underscored the importance of my role, and I found satisfaction in knowing that my work supported the company’s broader goals.
