If your installation took place before 2009:
The CCEF wasn't requiring Locus Monitoring at the time. You may or may not have a data monitor, but the options are there. Most of them are pretty affordable.

I have experience installing Heliotronics, SMA Web Boxes, Xantrex, and Locus.

Word of Note:
I really like the TED models, so hopefully someone will have me come out and install it so that I can get on Google Meter and see some live action on that.
