This is Alan. He lives in a house that his brother owns. His bro is a bartender at Rudy's. Alan bartends at Cafe Nine occasionally, is in school for motorcycle repair, and has two dogs. The tattoo on his arm that says Lopes is after his dog, Lopez, a pitbull. Alan also lives with members of Crooked Hook and tattoo artists at Lovecraft.

This is Billy. He's a trainhopping menace. He comes here for reasons unknown for brief periods of time. Billy's not his real name, but no one knows his real name. He also has no shame to "fly a sign" which is a passive and not highly implemented form of panhanding, but its course is more effective. Says Billy's sign, "I'm broke, ugly, and stupid. Anything Helps."
