A new parking garage and med. facility?

The mess on Howe St. between Chapel and Edgewood is due to the construction of a seven story building and a complimentary parking garage to be adjoined.

The constrution of this particular building only began in August of 2006, and at this point appears to be about 2/3 done.

If you will notice, a portapotty is conveniently located on the upper level of the parking garage.
