Later that same day, a tow truck hauled away a mail truck. The whereabouts of the mail at this point are unknown, as it is unclear what happens to the mail in situations where a mail truck breaks down.

It is also unclear what happens when a woodchuck crosses the road. The question immediately becomes, "why" did the woodchuck cross the road? The obvious immediate answer is, "to get to the other side."

On the other side of this street, for example, is the abandoned Winchester Rifle Factory. So in this case, the hedgehog crossed the road to go to the abandoned gun factory. This doesn't clarify the presence of a woodchuck.

The other usual question involving woodchucks is, how much wood can a woodchuck chuck? But a more important question is, can a woodchuck actually chuck wood?

Woodchucks are actually groundhogs, and they don't actually chuck wood at all. These are marmots, and spend much of their livelihoods burrowing into the ground.

The groundhog population of New Haven is unknown but it is certain at this point that there are a few.
