Yes, those are all kids from New Haven. There were a total of twenty-five who were there that day. But "where" happens to be in Shrewsberry, Massacheusetts. Home to Mass Skate Co, a skateboarding park located roughly two hours away from New Haven. So why were they there? |

The reason is that New Haven lacks a good indoor skatepark. Most of the local parks are outdoor facilities, except for Eastern Pulse which has a reputation for being an awful place to skate. Some skaters claim that it's colder inside there in the winter than it is outside. |

So local skateboarders such as Brennin over here started organizing trips. One of the most effective ways of doing this have been posting comments on a Myspace group that was created as a way of connecting kids who skate Edgewood Park. This trip was so effective that half a dozen cars, all full of kids who networked and organized rides, made it to Mass. |
| Mass Skate Co, the park is caled, rates **** out of 5. It contains almost everything a skater could want: a pool-shaped ramp about 5' deep, a long halfpipe of similar height, and a street course that was suitable for Jay to pull off triple-kickflips and to do so in a manner quite burly. |
